Laurie Reid Deborah
Brusco, J.D., has been a mediator since
1995. She has served the community of Yolo County, as well as
Sacramento County in this capacity for as long. Many years of
community, interpersonal relationship, business mediation, and
advanced training have given Deborah a well-rounded education
in helping others work through their differences. Deborah enjoys
facilitating individuals toward their own agreements, by putting
the power back in their hands. She finds pleasure
in the transformation that comes over people when they have
finally been heard and are able to relax and move forward to
finding
the solutions for their disputes. Deborah also works with the
Yolo County Superior Court as a mediator. She has further training
in Victim-Offender Reconciliation Program Mediator (VORP) mediation
as well.  David Constante is
a mediator who has served the community as a teacher, personal
growth facilitator and peacemaker.
In
the
role of peacemaker, he has worked for Native American tribes,
the prison system and restorative justice organizations. He
started as a Victim-Offender Reconciliation Program Mediator
(VORP) and
was assigned to conduct the first Family Group Conference (FGC)
for VORP in Mendocino County, California. David has expanded his knowledge and has been
certified as a Transformative and Community Mediator (Sacramento
Mediation
Center)
and FGC Coordinator. He is a seasoned mediator and has passion
for his service.  Nancy J. Milton of Progress Mediation has been
a mediator since 1991, with over 150 hours of training in Family
and Business Mediation. An attorney since 1994, she is a member
of the mediation panels of the Third District Court of Appeal,
Sacramento County Superior Court, Yolo County Superior Court,
the Association of Conflict Resolution, and National Association
for Community Mediation. Upon discovering mediation and its benefits
during law school, she decided that she would practice law
with an emphasis on mediation offering her clients a better way
to
resolve their disputes without the often lengthy and costly
experience of litigation. She is a sensitive, caring mediator
who will help
elders and their families move forward and make progress.  Laurie Reid is a mediator,
vocational counselor, and founding partner of A Positive Resolution
Vocational Rehabilitation and
Mediation Services. Laurie has earned a masters degree in career
counseling, completed basic mediation training through the
Sacramento Mediation Center, and has advanced training in resolving
workplace
disputes involving individuals with disabilities through the
Institute for ADA Mediation. Laurie now dedicates a majority
of her practice to conflict resolution specializing in elder
care mediation issues. Top
